RETURN POLICY

Things don't always look exactly how you thought they would - don't worry. We will happily accept return requests for one exchange within 7 days of delivery. 

Make note: we do not issue refunds for any returned merchandise except in extreme circumstances. A 20% restocking fee will apply. 

Any custom alterations to items including hem are not eligible for exchange - they are final sale. 

Please send your return requests to us@theindigoprophet.com for approval. All returns must be approved before shipping. Once a return is approved, you must ship your item within 5 business days otherwise a 20% late fee will be charged. The Indigo Prophet reserves the right to request proof of shipment date.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused and without alterations (including in-house custom work). If any signs of wear are apparent (including excessive animal hair, dirt, deodorant stains, makeup etc.) an additional cleaning/restocking fee will be charged.

Please read all product and measurement descriptions before purchase. Any orders cancelled prior to production will be charged a 5% processing fee. 

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless marked otherwise. Anything purchased with a gift card will be given a shop credit for future use. Personal care items such as oils and scents are final sale. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend that you insure all return packages as The Indigo Prophet is not responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves and a refund/exchange can only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged.

Import taxes or tariffs, customs fees and/or any other charges applied during international shipping at time of purchase or during a return/exchange is not the responsibility of The Indigo Prophet.
